This was the last international event in 2009: a tournament “factor 40”, which can be compared to a ‘grand slam’ tennis tournament.
I was highly motivated, excited when thinking about the challenge of playing against the best players in the world.
But in the end I did not do very well. I was a bit exhausted and angry about the competition standards (e.g. bad transportation and no accessible accommodation).
In the end, I played a couple of good matches, but was not really impressive for most of the matches during the competition.

I have at least one very good souvenir: in team with Fabien Lamirault we played quite well and enjoyed our matches.

Results:
- 4th in single event
- Silver in team

Next sport’s event: Nationale 1 in Valenciennes, January 9th
